Our client, a leader on the Romanian market of import and distribution of spare parts for heavy commercial vehicles, stands out for its extensive experience of over 18 years. The company offers a wide range of high-quality products tailored to the client’s needs, with millions of parts sold annually. It constantly adds new products to the portfolio and ensures fast delivery and consultation at the client’s premises.
We initiated a cold email outreach trial campaign to increase visibility and generate new sales opportunities for our client. We identified 50 relevant email addresses and designed personalized messages for each recipient. The campaign was carefully planned, taking into account the specifics and needs of each potential client.
We structured the emails in an attractive way, emphasizing the strengths of our company and the benefits of working with a reliable and experienced spare parts supplier. Each email has been optimized to draw the attention of the recipients and stimulate positive responses.
The cold email outreach campaign was a remarkable success. For the 50 recipients, we received responses from 60% of them. This demonstrates the effectiveness of our communication strategy and the relevance of the message to the target market.
From these responses, the client’s sales team was able to close 3 direct semi-trailer sales, which is an excellent outcome considering the nature of the campaign. These sales not only brought additional revenue for our client, but also opened up new opportunities for long-term collaboration.
